These terms govern your use of velarquantum.com and the Velar Quantum demo environment, operated by Velar Quantum, a CyberPro Software company. Paid assessments and monitoring are provided under a separate written agreement.

Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and evaluate the demo. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Demo environment

The in-app dashboard uses sample data for illustration. It does not reflect results for your organization and should not be relied on for security decisions.

Authorization to scan

You may only ask us to assess domains, systems and accounts that you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are proposed and subject to confirmation in a written order. No payment is collected through this website.

Intellectual property

The site, software and content are owned by Velar or its licensors. Reports we deliver to you under an agreement may be used internally by your organization.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
